How it works

Three steps. No training.

  1. Step 1 · 3 minutesDump it all

Type what's on your plate, or tap from a list of tasks most owners carry: invoicing, scheduling, supply runs, social posts, errands.

  2. Step 2Sort it

Quit it, hand it off or keep it. We suggest which pile most owners pick, and you see the hours a week you're getting back.

  3. Step 3Hand it off

Pick a person, a due date and the steps. They get an email and a morning reminder, and you see when it's done.

Why it works

Built for handing things off

Your how-to guide builds itself

Every time you hand something off, you write the steps once. Over time that becomes your how-we-do-it guide, ready for the next new hire.

Repeating tasks

Payroll every Friday, supplies every Monday. Set it once and it lands on the right person's list every week.

People only see their tasks

Your team sees what you hand them and nothing else. Never your money, never anyone else's list.

Reminders that do the nagging

A morning email with today and the week ahead. An end-of-day email with what got done, the notes left on it and what's overdue. You pick the times. Text updates are coming soon.

Questions without the phone calls

Helpers can ask a question or leave a note right on the task. Mark it urgent and you get an email right away; everything else waits for your end-of-day email.

Free for helpers

The people you hand work to never pay and don't need an app. They log in with their email.

Add to any calendar

Tasks with due dates go to Google, Outlook or Apple calendars in one tap.

Questions

Quick answers

Do the people I hand tasks to need to pay or download anything?

No. They get an email for each task and log in at mrquitter.com with their email address. We send a code, no password. They only see the tasks you hand them.

Can I use it for my family too?

Yes. Hand errands, rides and chores to a spouse or kids the same way you'd hand work to your crew.

Can my team see my money in QuitDebt?

No. The QuitList and QuitDebt are separate. People you add only see tasks you hand them.

What happens to the free plan?

It stays free. You can keep your own list as long as you like. Upgrade when you want to hand things off, repeat tasks or snap your lists.

Is my information private?

Yes. We never sell your information, and it's encrypted when it's sent and stored. People you add only see the tasks you hand them. Email us anytime and we'll delete your data. See our privacy policy.

How do the reminders work?

Everyone gets an email when they're handed a task. Each morning (7 a.m. unless you pick another time) you get today, anything overdue and the rest of your week, plus your team's week. At the end of the day (5 p.m. unless you change it) you get what got done, the notes people left, questions, and what's overdue. Questions marked urgent email you right away. You can change the times or turn any of these off. Text updates are coming soon.
