These terms apply to your use of mrquitter.com and any program, coaching or course you buy from [BUSINESS LEGAL NAME] ("Mr. Quitter," "we").

No guarantee of results

The Quitter Score, scorecards, examples and stories on this site are for illustration. Results depend on your business, your market and the work you put in. We don't guarantee any specific outcome. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Talk to your own attorney, CPA or financial advisor about your situation.

Refunds and cancellations

All Mr. Quitter programs are delivered mostly in person, with some sessions by video, and involve time we reserve just for you. Because of that, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable once you've signed up.

Travel. If your business is outside our local area, you pay the travel costs for in-person sessions, including airfare and hotel.

Payment plans: If you're on a payment plan, you agree to make all payments for the full length of your program, even if you stop attending.

Rescheduling: Need to move a session? Give us at least 24 hours' notice and we'll reschedule at no charge. Sessions missed without 24 hours' notice count as used.

If we cancel: If we have to cancel a session, we'll reschedule it. If we can't deliver your program, we'll refund the unused portion.

Online courses: Digital courses are final once purchased because you get access right away.

Courses

Course access is for you and your own business. Please don't share your login or resell the content.

Text messaging program

Program name: Mr. Quitter. If you opt in, we'll text you about your Quitter Score results and our programs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to cancel at any time. Text HELP for help, or email support@mrquitter.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting in is not required to buy anything.
